Job Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Boom Loader Operator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a boom loader in a construction or industrial setting. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate a boom loader to load and unload materials from trucks and move them around the job site.
2. Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
3. Inspect and maintain the boom loader, reporting any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
4. Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient operations.
5. Keep accurate records of materials loaded and unloaded.
6. Adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
7. Assist with other tasks on the job site as needed.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a boom loader in a construction or industrial setting.
3. Valid boom loader operator license or certification.
4. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
5. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
7. Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
8. Flexible schedule to accommodate project needs.
9. Valid UAE driver's license.
