Join our talent pool for consideration in future roles within our organization. We are seeking a skilled BMS Technician to operate and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) and associated building services system controls for all plant and systems in and around the premises.
Key Accountabilities
Participate in the testing, commissioning, handover, and implementation of building services BMS systems, ensuring compliance and requirements are met. Identify defects and generate reports with corrective measures.
Perform planned preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, remedial repairs, and adjustments to the BMS system to ensure operational effectiveness and continuity of service.
Monitor and control BMS system operations, proactively diagnosing faults to prevent service interruptions.
Provide technical support for all Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) projects, including design, installation, and commissioning of new assets and systems.

Expertise and comprehensive understanding of BMS systems.
Proven track record of maintaining leading brand BMS systems and associated equipment.
Strong team player with the ability to build positive relations with colleagues and other departments.
High level of flexibility, attention to detail, and ability to manage innovation and change.
Capable of working under stringent deadlines and in high-pressure environments.
Proficiency in MS Office software, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to generate technical reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 years’ experience in a building services or facilities management environment.
Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience with BMS systems.
Technical competence in monitoring BMS systems and understanding building electrical, mechanical, plant, and associated controls.
Experience with computer control programs and systems.
Proven ability to analyze alarms, troubleshoot software, and field equipment issues.
Ability to support field technicians by tracking alarms, trends, and setting parameters.
Competence in reading schematics and drawings to troubleshoot alarms and BMS control panels.
