About Binance VIP & Institutional Team

Responsibilities:

• Support senior team members to create and execute impactful campaigns tailored towards all of the Binance users across different functions, products, and markets in MENA.
• Support the team in campaign coordination management.
• Ideate, recommend, execute & analyze campaigns and experiments.
• Lead in CRM marketing platform administration operations, campaign, and post-campaign performance tracking.
• Assist with ad-hoc and housekeeping tasks as required.
• Coordinate marketing efforts between central and local teams.
• Assist in planning and executing community events both virtual and in-person including webinars, meetups, and other community events and workshops.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain.
• Passionate team player who is keen to look for solid work experience in CRM and/or Marketing in general.
• A clear communicator with the ability to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly while collaborating closely with Business units and local teams.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additionally, Arabic would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
