BIM Specialist / BIM Modeler (Electrical,Architectural, Mechanical)

We are currently looking for an experienced BIM Specialist / BIM Modeler (Electrical, Architectural, Mechanical), whose responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Define methods and strategies for BIM implementation on a specific project.
• Create a BIM implementation plan and set goals.
• Train project team members on BIM applications.
• Ensure compliance with established standards and processes.
• Collect, organize, and manage all information created using BIM, including 3D models, drawings, specifications, etc.
• Ensure compatibility and integration of BIM models from various specialists and departments of the project team.
• Check BIM models for errors, conflicts, and inconsistencies.
• Coordinate corrections in BIM models with the project team.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and apply established protocols for working with BIM models.
• Apply analytical tools to optimize design and construction.
• Analyze costs and timelines associated with BIM processes.
• Control changes in BIM models and document them for subsequent analysis and regulation.
• Monitor task completion within the BIM process and ensure adherence to the schedule.
• Facilitate collaboration among different members of the project team.
• Ensure effective communication between project team members.
• Provide information about the BIM model and training for future facility operation.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years experience as BIM Modeller, BIM Coordinator, BIM Technician, BIM Engineer within the GULF Region.
• Understanding of the project's goals and objectives.
• Knowledge of BIM principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Familiarity with industry-specific standards and regulations.
• Teaching or training experience for team coordination.
• Proficiency in data organization and management.
• Proficiency in BIM modeling tools (Revit, Navisworks).
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of facility operation requirements.
