BIM/Revit Specialist

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop detailed BIM models and architectural designs using Revit software.
2. Collaborate with the design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure accurate project delivery.
3. Ensure all designs meet project specifications, standards, and client expectations.
4. Manage BIM project data and workflows, ensuring consistency and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Participate in design review meetings and provide technical support in the development and implementation of BIM strategies.
6. Conduct clash detection and coordination using Revit models.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM/Revit standards and practices.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a BIM/Revit Specialist, specifically in high-end residential projects.
2. Expertise in BIM software, including Revit, with the ability to produce complex architectural models.
3. Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines.
5. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects effectively.
7. Experience in high-end residential projects is mandatory.
