We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler with Swimming Pool Experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and a strong background in designing and modeling swimming pools and related systems. Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop detailed 3D BIM models of swimming pools, mechanical systems, piping layouts, and associated structures.
2. Create and manage accurate technical drawings, plans, and shop drawings from BIM models.
3. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs meet specifications and project requirements.
4. Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues between disciplines.
5. Assist in generating quantity take-offs and bills of materials from BIM models.
6. Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and regulations.
7. Maintain and update BIM libraries, templates, and families.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a BIM Modeler, specifically with swimming pool design and construction.
2. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
3. Knowledge of structural, mechanical, and plumbing (MEP) systems related to swimming pools.
4. Strong understanding of construction processes and building codes.
5. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
7. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with 4D and 5D BIM modeling for scheduling and cost estimation.
2. Familiarity with industry standards like ISO 19650.
3. Certification in BIM tools or methodologies.
