Job Description

1. Develop and maintain 3D models using BIM software.
2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to create accurate and detailed models.
3. Ensure models adhere to project standards and guidelines.
4. Assist in clash detection and resolution.
5. Generate construction documents and drawings from BIM models.
6. Update models to reflect changes and revisions.
7. Conduct quality control checks on models and resolve any issues.
8. Provide support and training to team members on BIM software.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology.
10. Assist in the implementation and integration of BIM processes and workflows.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Certification in BIM software such as Revit or AutoCAD.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in the construction industry.
4. Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
5. Experience in clash detection and resolution.
6. Proficiency in BIM software and other design tools.
7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
9. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
10. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
