Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage BIM strategies and standards.
• Coordinate BIM models and data across project phases.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide training and support on BIM tools.
• Conduct quality control on BIM models.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in ARCHITECTURE.
• 10 years of BIM management experience with a focus on EMAAR Properties projects.
• Proficient in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
