AECOM's Urbanism + Planning studio is currently hiring a BIM Lead, to join our Landscape Architecture team, based in Dubai. The BIM Lead will assist the Digital Lead in implementing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows, ensuring smooth collaboration and accurate digital models across projects. This role requires hands-on technical expertise in BIM software and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in implementing BIM workflows and ensuring team adherence to established standards.
2. Support the development and maintenance of BIM models and protocols.
3. Coordinate with project teams to ensure BIM processes align with project schedules and deliverables.
4. Assist in the integration and application of Revizto for issue tracking and project reviews.
5. Generate and track clash reports.
6. Contribute to the preparation of BIM-related documents, including BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and workflows.
7. Support the BIM Manager in ensuring compliance with project-specific BIM requirements.
8. Assist in managing Autodesk Construction Cloud tools for project coordination and data management.
9. Ensure accurate and secure data handling within the cloud environment.
10. Conduct initial quality checks on BIM models and flag issues for corrective action.
11. Maintain consistent accuracy and integrity in deliverables under the BIM Manager’s guidance.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a BIM-related role.
2. Hands-on experience with Revizto in BIM coordination workflows.
3. Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud tools.
4. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks; knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus.
5. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
