BIM Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator whose responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Coordinate the development of BIM strategies for various projects.
2. Facilitate collaboration among project team members to ensure effective BIM implementation.
3. Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements for all BIM models.
4. Manage the integration of different disciplines’ models into a cohesive whole.
5. Review and coordinate the work of the design team to resolve clashes and discrepancies in the BIM model.
6. Conduct quality control checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy and completeness.
7. Guide project teams in the use of BIM software and tools.
8. Maintain documentation of all BIM processes and protocols.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology to enhance workflow and outcomes.
10. Provide training sessions to team members on BIM software and methodologies.

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of local experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar role.
2. Proficiency in BIM software, especially Revit and Navisworks.
3. Solid understanding of BIM principles and methodologies.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
6. Experience in clash detection and resolution.
7. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to train and support project teams on BIM practices.
9. Familiarity with industry-specific standards and regulations.
