We are seeking a skilled BIM / CAD Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the design and documentation process, utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to create detailed, accurate, and efficient project drawings and models. Your work will support our design team in delivering high-quality, innovative interiors for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities

• BIM & CAD Modeling: Develop, manage, and refine 3D BIM models and 2D CAD drawings for interior design projects.
• Documentation: Create technical drawings, layouts, and detailed design documentation in line with project requirements and standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into technical models.
• Clash Detection & Coordination: Conduct clash detection and coordinate with external consultants to resolve design conflicts.
• Standards Compliance: Ensure all models and drawings comply with company standards, building codes, and client requirements.
• Software Management: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in BIM and CAD software, implementing new tools and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to junior team members on BIM/CAD processes and best practices.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in BIM and CAD modeling, preferably within the interior design or architectural industry.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM/CAD software.
• Familiarity with 3D visualization tools (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, or 3ds Max) is a plus.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and protocols.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
