Billing and Client Relations Manager

What You'll Do

As the Billing and Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Overseeing and managing all aspects of client invoice processing, including submission to various e-billing systems.
2. Managing and leading department staff's day-to-day billing and invoicing activities, and performance, proactively aligning resources to provide timely, accurate, and effective service.
3. Collaborating with the firm's management and individual partners to facilitate specialized billing arrangements for various clients.
