Job Title: Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced bilingual receptionist and administrative assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while efficiently managing administrative operations. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to seamlessly handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Front Office Management: Greet and assist clients, visitors, and stakeholders with professionalism, ensuring an excellent first impression.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in both Arabic and English, providing accurate information and directing requests as necessary.
  • Administrative Support: Manage documentation, maintain records, and oversee office supplies inventory. Assist in drafting reports, letters, and real estate-related paperwork.
  • Calendar & Meeting Coordination: Schedule appointments, arrange meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings for management.
  • Property Documentation Assistance: Support the real estate team with administrative processes, including tenancy contracts, property listings, and client communications.
  • Office Coordination: Liaise with internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment.
