Bilingual Paralegal

Our client is a giant tech company wishing to recruit an experienced career paralegal for a 12-month contract. You will hold a law degree and have worked for a few years as a paralegal. We also need someone who is fluent in English and Arabic, reading, writing, speaking, and can draft in both.

The role will involve:

1. Due diligence
2. Research
3. Managing budgetary administration
4. Tracking work deadlines for the legal team

You will be:

1. Extremely collaborative
2. Possessing excellent communication skills
3. Coming from a top-tier international environment or the in-house legal department of a multinational

Salary is dependent on the candidate's experience. There will be some work from home and attending the office. There will be no benefits as you are contracting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a law degree
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal
• Proven experience in due diligence, managing budgetary administration, and tracking work and deadlines
• Proactive personality
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with external counsel
• Fluent bilingual in Arabic and English
• Must be based in Dubai
• Ideally on a spousal or freelance visa; if not, you will need to pay for your visa which we can arrange.
