Greet guests and visitors warmly with a smile.
Coordinate with reception to execute arrivals and departures efficiently.
Meet & welcome all arriving guests at the entrance of the hotel and escort/direct them to reception for check-in.
Unload cars and cabs for all arriving guests.
Transport guest’s luggage to rooms in an efficient manner ensuring no damage is caused to the luggage, furniture, fixtures and walls.
Collect luggage at guest room for departing guests in a timely manner and bring the luggage to lobby for check out.
Handle guest luggage in case of a room move.
Promptly deliver messages within the hotel.
Load cars and taxis for departing guests, ensuring a polite and courteous farewell.
Maintain an accurate record of check-in and check-out rooms.
Adhere to the hotel’s policy on the storage of guest luggage.
Deliver morning newspapers to the rooms.
Maintain accurate control and records of all luggage left in his/her care, by entering information on work sheets and log books.
Ensure that all function boards are kept up to date.
Always represent the hotel in a positive manner, by being polite, friendly, and professional while on duty.
Have a full knowledge of other Dusit & Royal Princess Hotels & Resorts.
Ensure all trolleys are clean at all times.
Ensure hotel lobby is kept clean and tidy.
Provide relieve for doorman on request.
Carry out Front Office requests for room changes, delivery of forms/reports or any other documents to the different sections of Dusit Hotel.
Coordinate with security to help protect hotel property and advise of any undesirables.
Commercial Responsibilities:
Communicates effectively with guests.
To be a good sales person to promote hotel’s image and business.
RELATIONSHIP:
Coordinates with concierge to ensure smooth operations and all activities of the hotel.
To be able to communicate with guests effectively and efficiently.
Others:
Continuous learning through own IDP.
Any other duties as may be assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:
At least High Vocational diploma in any discipline.
Minimum of 1 year in Front Office or Bell Service experience in a similar capacity.
Ability to communicate Basic English.
Possess professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically strong. Ability to stand for a long period of time and lift luggage during duty.
