Bellboy for a 4 Star Deluxe Hotel

Apt Resources is currently seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our client's team as Bellboys for a prestigious 4-star hotel in Dubai. As a Bellboy, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival
• Escort guests to their rooms and assist with their luggage
• Provide information about hotel facilities and services
• Deliver packages, messages, and other items to guest rooms as requested
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements
• Ensure the lobby area is clean and organized

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong desire to exceed guest expectations. Previous experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.

Requirements:

• Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Fresher or with experience in a 4-star hotel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be in UAE
• Ability to handle guest requests and concerns in a professional manner
• Physical stamina to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of local attractions and transportation options

Basic Salary AED 1000 + fixed AED 500 /- per month towards Service Charge plus sharing accommodation (4 in 1) plus duty meals and all other benefits as per UAE labor laws. A language allowance of AED 300 will be paid to those who can speak Arabic, Russian, French, or German.
