Summary:

The Bell Attendant is responsible for providing a consistent excellent level of service to every guest, delivering a friendly and personalized welcoming experience. While ensuring a permanent presence at the hotel entrance, the Bell Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness of the storage area and maintaining equipment in good condition.

Languages: Arabic and Russian speaking skills are preferred.

Qualifications:

1. Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
2. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
3. Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
