Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist at Small Steps Big Dreams in Dubai, UAE. The Behavioral Therapist will be responsible for conducting Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions for students with autism and related challenges. The role involves working closely with children to develop their skills and enhance their learning experience.

Qualifications

1. Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis skills
2. Experience in working with children for at least 2-3 years preferably
3. Interpersonal Skills and Psychology background
4. Strong communication skills and empathy
5. Ability to create and implement individualized therapy plans
6. Certification in ABA Therapy or related field is a plus
7. Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
