Behavior Therapist

Job Description:
As a Behavior Therapist at Alfarah Rehabilitation Center, you will work to conduct assessments and implement individualized treatment plans for clients. Your primary role will involve delivering evidence-based interventions, collecting data on client progress, and promoting skill development across various domains such as communication, social skills, and daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide 1:1 Behavioral therapy to clients in the center and in school settings.
2. Follow individualized treatment plans.
3. Accurately collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
4. Use reinforcement strategies to encourage positive behaviors and skill acquisition.
5. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
6. Participate in regular supervision sessions and training to enhance skills.
7. Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with DCD regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Required: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
2. Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavioral sciences, or related field preferred.
3. Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus.
4. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
5. Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a positive difference.
6. Bilingual in Arabic and English.
7. Preference for male therapist.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
