Beauty therapist with Skincare Experience for Medical Center with DHA License.

Job Responsibilities:

• Skin Care Treatments:
• Perform skin analysis to assess client needs and recommend personalized skincare treatments.
• Provide a variety of facial treatments (e.g., anti-aging, hydration, acne treatment, and skin rejuvenation) using professional products and equipment.
• Apply and recommend skincare products suitable for clients’ skin types and conditions.
• Ensure all treatments are administered in line with the safety and hygiene protocols set by the UAE Ministry of Health.
• Beauty Services:
• Provide beauty services, including but not limited to, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, body scrubs, and massage treatments.
• Perform professional makeup applications for various occasions.
• Provide advice on home skincare routines and product recommendations to clients.
• Client Relations and Consultation:
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client concerns, preferences, and goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering professional advice and excellent customer service.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
• Hygiene & Safety:
• Ensure that all tools and equipment are sanitized and sterilized as per the hygiene standards.
• Follow the hygiene and safety protocols set by local health authorities and the salon.
• Sales and Product Promotion:
• Promote and sell skincare products and services to clients based on their needs and preferences.
• Meet or exceed sales targets for retail products and services.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate records of client treatments, preferences, and product recommendations.
• Ensure client files are up-to-date and secure.

Requirements:

• Education & Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a beauty therapist with a focus on skincare treatments.
• Certified in skincare therapy and beauty treatments from a recognized institution.
• License:
• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license to work as a beauty therapist in the UAE.
• Skills:
• Excellent knowledge of skin anatomy, facial treatments, and skincare product lines.
• Proficient in using beauty and skincare tools and equipment.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform various beauty and skincare treatments with precision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
