Ensure awareness and understanding of product range knowledge and current in-store promotion details, sharing the information with customers to encourage sales.
Provide massage and facial treatments in line with Shiseido treatment protocol.
Provide professional knowledge on skin type, needs, and regimes to enhance customer experience and trust.
Be responsible for cleanliness and hygiene of own workspace, tools, and equipment at all times.
Contribute and support the business in achieving the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.
Requirements
Beauty products & skin care expertise.
Customer service skills.
Selling skills.
Recognized beauty qualifications, preferably with CIDESCO and/or CIBTAC certification.
A minimum of 1 year of related experience in a similar role.
Experience in the hospitality 5-star industry, high-paced salon work environment, or international renowned salon brands.
