To have personal accountability for learning and development including own research and asking the back-office team for additional learning and questions. This includes attending all training provided and contributing to a group learning environment.
To be able to answer all customer’s questions honestly and effectively in order to recommend the exact products suited to them.
Skills Required
Minimum 3 years of beauty industry experience.
Previous experience with Beauty Department Stores preferable.
Memorable, positive, professional and enthusiastic presence.
Strong aptitude for product knowledge, brand messaging and selling.
