Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. To deliver exceptional customer service to all potential/actual customers.
  2. To offer all customers the opportunity to experience the product on the skin.
  3. To consistently achieve and deliver the KPI targets.
  4. To develop excellent in-store relationships with management/peers.
  5. To ensure product availability is maintained in the stores by communicating it with the respective store manager.
  6. To know and understand sales achievements, figures and data and to have personal accountability for all deliverables.
  7. To demonstrate an in-depth and fluent knowledge of all the Sunday Riley products, collections, features and benefits through detailed training with the education team.
  8. To have personal accountability for learning and development including own research and asking the back-office team for additional learning and questions. This includes attending all training provided and contributing to a group learning environment.
  9. To be able to answer all customer’s questions honestly and effectively in order to recommend the exact products suited to them.

Skills Required

  1. Minimum 3 years of beauty industry experience.
  2. Previous experience with Beauty Department Stores preferable.
  3. Memorable, positive, professional and enthusiastic presence.
  4. Strong aptitude for product knowledge, brand messaging and selling.
  5. Self-motivated, committed and goal-oriented.
