Job description

The Beauty Advisor role is to increase consumer awareness on the brand's value, build a good relationship with the outlet managers and customers to maximize sell-out outcomes, ensure high follow-up on product availability and shelf life in visited accounts. As a Beauty Advisor, you will also be responsible for ensuring good customer service and a shopping environment for the customers to reach set targets and division objectives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Checking the stocks and arranging the planogram on a daily basis.
  2. Communicating the out of stocks internally (pharmacy store manager and stock controller) and with the key account executive.
  3. Increasing sales for assigned brands by developing customer trust and pushing sell-out by detailing the brand values to reach set targets.
  4. Building good customer relationships through proper communication and follow-up.
  5. Checking inventory and merchandise at all outlets. Ensuring clean, presentable display of products and good stock to attract customers.
  6. Developing strong relations with the outlet managers by assisting them with all aspects regarding the brands to build trust between the company and customers.
  7. Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service by helping them find the products and services that they need based on their preferences and needs.
  8. Providing personalized recommendations for skincare routines, makeup looks, and haircare products based on the customer's skin tone, skin type, hair type, and personal style.
  9. Demonstrating how to apply makeup and skincare products to customers and providing tips and tutorials to help customers achieve the looks they want.
  10. Staying up to date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products and communicating them to customers.
  11. Attending product training sessions and consistently learning about new products to provide the most accurate and current recommendations to customers.
  12. Meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the beauty department.
  13. Maintaining a clean and organized beauty department and ensuring that products are stocked and displayed properly.
  14. Processing customer transactions and assisting with inventory management.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  2. 2-3 years experience in sales or customer service.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

  1. Organization, adaptability, teamwork.
  2. Problem-solving ability.
  3. Clear and professional communication skills (English & Arabic).
