Responsible for achieving Beauty sales target of the store.
Sales tracking and monitoring of Beauty brands performance, to ensure daily/monthly targets achievement at a high level.
Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs, by demonstrating usage and benefits of these products.
Up-selling and link selling products from different categories (Makeup, Skincare, and Perfumes) to increase Beauty KPI’s UPT and ATV.
Aware of brands slow sellers and aging stocks, communicate to store manager action plan to expedite liquidation based on customer feedback and learnings.
Stay updated on Beauty market trends, new launches, and events to increase competition awareness.
Customer Experience:
Welcome and greet customers, listen to understand their needs and requirements.
Address customers' queries about products: prices, availability, uses, and services.
Demonstrate Makeup, SBB, and perfumes knowledge to build customer trust and exceed their expectations.
Perform daily makeovers for customers, by cross-selling products from multiple categories to increase basket size.
Store Operations:
Ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the Beauty section to maintain store image and standards.
Stock replenishment, handling the display and merchandising of new products.
Monitor stock levels for all brands, report any out-of-stocks to the store manager.
Ensure pricing and promotional signages are implemented as per VM guidelines.
Ensure Beauty processes; product expiry and testers management are maintained at the store level.
Ensure compliance with Store BA processes in terms of grooming, dress code, and attendance.
