About the Job

• Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, according to menu and guest preferences.
• Ensure all beverages meet quality and presentation standards.
• Refill and replenish beverage fridges/dispensers (e.g., water, iced tea, soft drinks).
• Greet and assist guests with beverage selections, offering recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle customer inquiries and special requests professionally and promptly.
• Provide a clean and organized self-service station for guests where applicable.
• Keep the beverage station clean, organized, and well-stocked always.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including the proper handling of ingredients and cleaning of equipment.
• Perform regular checks to ensure the functionality of machines and equipment, reporting issues to maintenance or supervisors as needed.
• Monitor stock levels of beverages, ingredients, and supplies, and notify supervisors when replenishment is required.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Attend training sessions to improve skills and knowledge related to beverage preparation and customer service.
