Bartender

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and creative Bartender with expertise in crafting unique, high-quality mocktails to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about flavor, knowledgeable about mixology techniques, and able to provide an engaging and enjoyable experience for guests. As a mocktail specialist, you will develop and serve a diverse selection of non-alcoholic beverages that enhance the restaurant’s menu and atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Mocktail Creation and Presentation
   1. Prepare and serve a wide range of mocktails following restaurant recipes or developing new recipes as requested.
   2. Ensure each mocktail is crafted with precision and presented attractively, enhancing guest experience.
   3. Experiment with seasonal ingredients and innovative flavor combinations to create unique mocktails for the menu.
2. Customer Service
   1. Greet guests in a friendly and engaging manner, providing them with menu recommendations based on their preferences.
   2. Educate guests on various ingredients, flavors, and health benefits of non-alcoholic options.
   3. Address guest inquiries and feedback professionally, adapting to requests for mocktail customization.
3. Inventory and Stock Management
   1. Maintain stock levels for ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and mocktail-related supplies.
   2. Communicate with the bar manager or inventory team for ordering and restocking as needed.
   3. Ensure proper handling and storage of fresh ingredients to minimize waste.
4. Quality Control and Hygiene
   1. Follow all health and safety guidelines, ensuring cleanliness of the bar station and tools.
   2. Adhere to standardized recipes and measurements to ensure consistent quality.
   3. Inspect bar area, equipment, and ingredients regularly for compliance with hygiene standards.
5. Team Collaboration
   1. Work closely with the culinary team to create mocktails that pair well with menu items.
   2. Participate in staff meetings and trainings, contributing insights and ideas to enhance the beverage menu.
   3. Assist in training new staff on mocktail preparation and presentation when needed.
6. Record Keeping and Reporting
   1. Keep accurate records of mocktail recipes, customer preferences, and sales trends.
   2. Prepare sales and inventory reports as requested by the bar manager.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender or mocktail specialist, with a portfolio or examples of past mocktail creations.
• Knowledge of mixology, flavor pairings, and techniques specific to non-alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Certification in food safety or hygiene (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
