Bartender

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in Dubai. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests. Your creativity, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills will contribute to creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
3. Ensure the bar area is clean, stocked, and well-maintained.
4. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and comply with legal regulations.
5. Engage with guests, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
6. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and new drink recipes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Bartender in a similar setting.
2. Excellent knowledge of beverage recipes, mixology techniques, and drink presentation.
3. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Basic math and cash handling skills.
6. Certification in bartending or a related field is preferred.
7. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
