Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bartender to join Club Privé Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island.

What you will be doing :

• Have extensive knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
• Have knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methods.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Be able to make drink and cocktail recommendations for Guests.
• Prioritize responsibilities while under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Your experience and skills include :

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Ability to speak coherently with a positive tone as well as listening and chatting with customers to create a friendly atmosphere.
• Excellent short-term and long-term memory is essential for remembering and keeping track of orders.
• Able to manage stress while serving multiple customers, and maintain excellent people skills under pressure is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Should be able to communicate well in English.
• Ability to mentor and develop team.
