The ideal candidate should have:

1. At least a year of experience in a similar role;
2. Knowledge of all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages;

Your primary duties as a Bartender will include:

1. Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes;
2. Check identification when necessary to ensure that guests are of legal drinking age;
3. Ensure that glasses, tools, and equipment used for mixing drinks are clean and sanitized properly in accordance with health regulations at all times;
4. Interact with customers in a friendly manner, take their orders, serve them their drinks, and answer any questions they may have about the menu items or other services offered by the establishment;
5. Handle cash transactions accurately according to established procedures including tips from customers;
6. Maintain cleanliness throughout the bar area including washing glasses, wiping counters, cleaning spills, etc.;
7. Ensure beverage stock is adequately maintained at all times by replenishing supplies as needed.
