Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Bartender to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to guests, ensuring customer satisfaction as well as maintaining a clean and orderly bar. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of liquors and cocktails, good customer service skills, and a passion for mixology.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Greet customers upon their arrival; take orders for beverages, snacks, and food items; serve the requested items in a timely manner.
2. Prepare beverages such as cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, and spirits in accordance with company recipes.
3. Ensure that all drinks are served according to the standard recipes.
4. Keep the bar area clean at all times to uphold the highest level of hygiene standards.
5. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol in accordance with company policy.
6. Process cash or credit payments for beverages consumed by guests.
7. Create special promotions on drinks when necessary.
8. Provide an excellent customer service experience to all patrons.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Proven work experience as a bartender in a similar role.
2. Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
3. Ability to work under pressure in challenging situations.
4. Excellent knowledge of various drink recipes.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Attention to detail when preparing drinks.

Salary: 1100 AED
