Barman

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Bartender to open and close the bar.
• Ensure the bar is well stocked with liquor, beer, spirits, garnishes, ice cubes, and other products needed throughout their shift.
• Maintain inventory of glassware, silverware, stirrers, shakers, strainers, and other bartending tools.
• Keep the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles.
• Ensure all set ups and reset ups are done in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barman/Barback.
• Hospitality background is preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
