Barista Waiter

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and present a menu of juices, mocktails, and infused teas that enhances the restaurant’s culinary experience.
• Prepare beverages quickly and accurately.
• Oversee beverage supplies, including inventory management, ordering, and stock maintenance.
• Ensure all preparation areas and equipment are clean, sanitized, and in line with health and safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Preferred nationality: Philippine
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a barista or hostess in a café, restaurant, or similar environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to welcome and engage with guests.
• Friendly, approachable, and confident demeanour to create a positive first impression.
• Proficient in preparing espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, cold brews, and other specialty beverages.
• Skilled in operating espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Latte art proficiency is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to engage with customers, recommend beverages and handle complaints professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
• Barista training or certification is an advantage.
