Barista - SALT

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under its umbrella: SALT, Switch, Parker's, Grind, Somewhere, and Public.

Responsibilities

We are looking for experienced and highly-skilled baristas to join our amazing restaurant teams and showcase their talents. Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Espresso pulling, coffee brewing, and latte art
• Machine calibration
• Sharing knowledge about coffee roasting with colleagues and guests alike
• Being an adaptable, collaborative team player

To be considered for this role, you will need to have strong communication skills and at least 2 years of experience working as a Barista and/or bartender in a busy establishment.
