Barista - Khalifa City Abu Dhabi

We are currently recruiting a passionate and energetic Barista to join one of our prestigious clients in Khalifa City Abu Dhabi. If you love coffee, enjoy helping customers, and can work well in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional coffee experience to customers, preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards.
2. Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and offer recommendations to enhance their experience.
3. Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash and process payments through the POS system.
4. Cleanliness & Organization: Ensure the café area, including workstations and equipment, is clean, organized, and stocked.
5. Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other baristas and staff to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment.
6. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product offerings and promotions to provide excellent recommendations to customers.
7. Health & Safety: Follow all safety and hygiene procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for both customers and staff.

Requirements

1. Experience: Must have (1 to 3 years experience) in Barista or a passion for coffee and willingness to learn.
2. Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
3. Customer-Focused: Friendly, approachable, and customer service-oriented.
4. Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
5. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
6. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 25kg.
