Barista female for beauty salon

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coffee Preparation:
   • Brew coffee, espresso, and other specialty drinks according to company recipes and customer preferences.
   • Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other coffee equipment.
   • Steam milk and create various milk-based drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, etc.).
2. Customer Service:
   • Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
   • Handle customer complaints or concerns in a friendly, professional manner.
   • Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
3. Order Handling:
   • Accurately input orders into the register and process payments.
   • Keep track of inventory and alert management when stock needs to be replenished.
4. Cleaning and Organization:
   • Keep the workspace clean and sanitized, including coffee machines, counters, and dishes.
   • Follow health and safety standards to ensure food and beverage quality.
   • Stock supplies and organize storage areas.
5. Teamwork:
   • Work with other staff members to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy times.
   • Assist in training new baristas or staff as needed.
6. Cash Handling:
   • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and register balancing at the end of a shift.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Customer Service Skills: Ability to interact with customers in a friendly, approachable manner.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy when making drinks.
• Communication Skills: Clear communication with customers and team members.
• Multitasking Ability: Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours.
• Physical Stamina: Standing for long periods and being able to work in a fast-paced setting.

• Waiter: 2 years (Preferred)
