What will I be doing?

As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing Guests with food and drinks as requested in an efficient manner and according to proper procedure and regulations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

1. Receive orders and serve customer requests completely in a timely manner.
2. Create and serve a range of beverages including coffee, classic mocktails, and soft drinks.
3. Take food orders and assist the floor team with deliveries as required.
4. Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities.
5. Keep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared.
6. Efficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts.
7. Answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.
8. Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues.
9. Practice Hilton Grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
10. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
