Job Overview:

We are a Dubai-based hospitality company seeking a talented and experienced Barista who is also skilled as a Waiter to join our vibrant team. This dual role is perfect for someone passionate about crafting high-quality coffee and providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As our Barista & Waiter, you will deliver premium coffee experiences and top-notch dining service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Barista Duties:
   1. Prepare and serve a range of espresso-based beverages and specialty coffees to exacting standards.
   2. Operate, clean, and maintain espresso machines and other coffee equipment.
   3. Provide coffee knowledge and make drink recommendations based on guest preferences.
   4. Monitor and manage coffee inventory, alerting management when restocking is needed.
2. Waitstaff Duties:
   1. Greet and welcome guests, take orders accurately, and ensure efficient service.
   2. Serve food and beverages to tables, maintaining high standards of presentation.
   3. Handle guest inquiries, address special requests, and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
   4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas, providing attentive service throughout each guest's visit.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a barista and/or waiter in a fast-paced environment.
2. Strong knowledge of coffee-making techniques, including espresso and latte art.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and team-oriented approach.
4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
5. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
6. Prior experience in Dubai or knowledge of the local dining scene is a plus.
