InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel & residence in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Be an expert in all things coffee and beverages, from espresso to signature drinks, advising guests and colleagues with your knowledge.
• Take and prepare orders with precision and care, ensuring every drink is crafted to perfection.
• Serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, artisan creations, and speciality beverages.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Keep service and seating areas clean, comfortable, and inviting for our guests.
• Provide guests with detailed descriptions of our menu offerings and offer thoughtful recommendations based on their preferences.
• Efficiently process orders, payments, and assist with inventory management, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Demonstrate a strong awareness of safety policies and procedures, always adhering to OH&S guidelines and ensuring your team does the same.
• Be dedicated to creating a memorable and personalized experience for each guest.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within a high-end environment.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to connect with guests and team members.
• A natural, outgoing personality with a passion for delivering excellence in service.
• Ability to work well within a team, supporting colleagues and adapting to a variety of tasks with a positive attitude.
