Barista

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages to our customers while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed.
2. Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other equipment efficiently and safely.
3. Maintain the beverage cost budget by accurately pouring beverages as per our standard recipes.
4. Prepare and serve beverages as per company standard.
5. Upsell products and promote special items to customers.
6. Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
7. Complete and check the coffee bar checklist, and ensure all equipment is in perfect condition.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee bar, brewing equipment, and storage areas.
9. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers and colleagues.
10. Adhere to company grooming standards.
11. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
12. Check the bar stock and ingredients SOP, and daily follow the checklist to maintain the quality of beverages provided to customers.

Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of specialty coffee, coffee brewing techniques, and espresso preparation.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
3. A passion for coffee and willingness to learn and grow in the role.

Experience:

1. Minimum 3 years experience as a Barista.
