We are looking for a Barista with excellent customer service skills in Bani Yas City to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee and a commitment to providing an outstanding experience to every customer. We offer a salary of 1100 and are open to considering foreign applicants as well.

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess a friendly and welcoming demeanor. They should be able to anticipate customer needs and respond quickly and effectively to requests. The candidate should be knowledgeable of various coffee preparation techniques, espresso-based drinks, as well as tea-based drinks. Furthermore, they should have an eye for detail when it comes to the presentation of beverages and the ability to work quickly while maintaining quality standards.

The Barista will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the café, restocking supplies, operating cash registers, preparing food items, and other responsibilities as assigned by management.

To be considered for this role, the candidate should preferably have at least 1 year of relevant experience in the hospitality or food service industry, but we welcome those with no prior experience who have a strong motivation to learn and develop their skills in the specialty coffee industry. They must also possess basic computer skills and have great communication skills in English (Arabic is not required).
