Barista vacancy in Khawr Fakkan UAE

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The successful candidate should be passionate about coffee and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a barista.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional, friendly and positive manner. They must also possess the necessary knowledge and skill to create a variety of coffee drinks, such as cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos, mochas and more.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks
2. Provide excellent customer service
3. Maintain cleanliness of work area
4. Follow health and safety guidelines
5. Take orders from customers
6. Suggest food pairings with coffee drinks
7. Monitor inventory of supplies and order new items when necessary
8. Adhere to all company policies

Qualifications:

1. 1+ year barista experience required
2. Knowledge of different coffee drinks and recipes
3. Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately
4. Strong customer service skills with ability to take direction well
5. Excellent interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal

We offer a competitive salary of 1600 AED per month for the right candidate. Foreigners are also welcome to apply.
