Junior Barista - Entry Level (Pakistani Nationals Only)

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Junior Barista to join our team in Dubai. As a Junior Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. This is an entry level position, perfect for those with no previous barista experience but a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry. Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to company standards
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
3. Provide exceptional customer service to guests
4. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
5. Learn about different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques
6. Attend training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

1. Pakistani nationality preferred
2. Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
3. No previous experience required, but must have a passion for coffee
4. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
5. Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Salary: $1400 per month
