Entry-Level Barista

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Entry-Level Barista to join our team in Ajman. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee-based drinks and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more.
2. Ensure quality and consistency in every drink served.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and handling payments.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
5. Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
6. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent education required.
2. Prior experience as a Barista is preferred but not necessary.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication skills in English.
5. Knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is a plus.
6. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
