Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to prepare high-quality coffee beverages, including Cappuccino, Caf Latte, Espresso, and other coffee-based drinks. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

1. Prepare and serve coffee beverages such as Cappuccino, Caf Latte, Espresso, Americano, and other specialty coffees.
2. Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
3. Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all coffee drinks.
4. Steam and froth milk to create latte art and enhance beverage quality.
5. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee preparation area.
6. Take customer orders and handle transactions efficiently.
7. Restock coffee supplies and ingredients as needed.
8. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

1. Previous experience as a barista or knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
2. Familiarity with espresso machines and milk frothing techniques.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.
4. Strong communication and customer service skills.
5. Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality coffee.
6. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
