Roles & Responsibilities

1. Oversee all barge operations, including loading, unloading, and transportation of cargo.
2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
3. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
4. Manage a team of crew members and provide guidance and support as needed.
