Bar Manager

Responsible for serving beverage products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer, present our premium product according to the standards set out.

Key Result Areas

1. Maintains inventory.
2. Creates drinks menu.
3. Determines employees schedules.
4. Ensures bar is well-stocked and clean.
5. Tracks customer preferences and applies it into our offering.
6. Maintains budget and monitors costs.
7. Maintains drink recipe documentation.
8. Oversees planning for special events.
9. Appropriately delegates tasks to staff.
10. Selects and purchases supplies.
11. Oversees staff performance and day-to-day operation.
12. Hires, trains, promotes, and, when necessary, disciplines staff.

Specifications (Qualifications, Experience, And Skills)

1. Experience minimum 2-years similar position.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to be integrated in new work environment.
4. Hard worker, teamwork player.
5. Highly self-motivated with the ability to motivate others as well.
6. Leadership and multitasking.
7. Ability to work in high-paced environment and still produce the required standard.
