As a Bar Manager, you lead the overall operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, adherence to service standards, and profitability. Your responsibilities include team leadership, inventory management, menu innovation, and compliance. You play a key role in creating a vibrant atmosphere, implementing promotions, and optimizing bar performance.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations, providing advice on service matters and maintaining bar standards.
• Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance the professionalism of the team.
• Approve colleagues’ schedules to ensure adequate manpower as per forecasts and manning guide.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of all areas within the outlet.
• Plan promotions, oversee beverage purchases, and set pricing in alignment with the bar concept.
• Ensure compliance with health codes and uphold hotel standards for sanitary conditions.
• Implement proper handling of equipment to minimize breakages and losses.
• Approve requisitions for beverages, condiments, and supplies, considering established stock levels.
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.
• Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
