Bar Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a smooth bar operation on a daily basis
2. Ensure every guest receives high quality service
3. Coach and maximise the performance of the team
4. Interact with customers and improve bar operation and service based on feedback received
5. Provide support on urgent issues

3. Communicates and writes with fluency in English
4. Is willing to work shifts
5. Must have experience working in either a luxury cigar bar & lounge or a 5* hotel environment
6. Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
7. Enjoys being creative with an eye for detail
8. Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving
9. Is able to engage with restaurant and bar guests
10. Is a self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenues
