Bar General Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing the development and implementation of departmental strategies and concepts.
2. Ensuring the beverage operations meet the brand's target customer needs, ensuring employee satisfaction, focusing on growing revenues, and maximizing the financial performance of the departments.
3. Maintaining constant communication with suppliers and bringing in activations to the venue.
4. Having good control of inventories and maintaining healthy par stock for the bar.
5. Delivering products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand's target customers and property employees, providing a return on investment.
6. Developing a strong relationship with our best guests and federating employees around projects and goals.
7. Completing work orders for maintenance repairs.
8. Checking stock and requisitioning necessary supplies.
9. Communicating the last call at the designated closing time.
10. Assisting in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
