Banking Specialist

A leading Bank company is actively recruiting a Transaction Banking Specialist - UAE National for their Umm Al Quwain office.

To comply with Emiratisation, our client is required to hire a UAE National for this position.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Lead and support initiatives to digitize and automate transaction banking processes.
• Analyse existing transaction banking workflows to identify issues and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance productivity and service delivery.
• Liaise with technology teams to implement digital solutions that enhance transaction banking services.
• Work cross-functionally with relevant teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements in all digital transformation initiatives.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• To comply with Emiratisation, our client is required to hire a UAE National for this position.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience within the banking industry. Escrow accounts management experience is a plus.
• Experience with Transaction banking or process improvement within the banking industry.
• Thorough understanding of wholesale/Corporate banking segment.
• Knowledge of the CBUAE rules & compliance.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
